This website

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site. We have not enabled analytics, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

When you prepare an enquiry, the page keeps a short note in your own browser (local storage): a reference, a time, a status and a one-way fingerprint of what you entered, never the text itself. It stays on your device and is used only to recognise a repeat of the same enquiry and give it the same reference. It is ignored after 24 hours and cleared the next time you open this site. If you use “Pause motion”, the page also remembers that choice in your browser until you change it. You can clear both at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Who receives data, and transfers outside the EEA

Google and Cloudflare may transfer data to the United States. Both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognised as providing adequate protection on 10 July 2023, and their terms apply the Commission’s standard contractual clauses to transfers the Framework does not cover. Anthropic is based in the United States; its privacy policy says that for transfers outside the EEA it relies on Commission adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. The documents linked above are where each provider makes these terms available. We don’t sell personal data and don’t use it for anyone else’s marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict its use. You can object at any time, and always to marketing. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission, www.dataprotection.ie.
